Mike Ferraraccio was our contractor. His work was done by excellent tradesmen. This garage/patio/concrete foundation and floor was all we had expected and more. Mike is a true gentleman, and a man of his word. He told me to trust him with the design and we were very pleased with his workmanship. When we had a question, he was able to inform and educate us about the reason things are done the way they are done. We would recommend him as a contractor, without hesitation.
